Home cinema for 2021 - DPP Smart Home and Electrical

In these uncertain times, many people have been considering installing a home cinema. Many have seen it as a way to enjoy not just new films, but their all time classics with their family without needing to venture out of the house and reduce the risk of spreading the virus.

More and more of us are receiving the vaccine and, depending on what risk category you fall into, you may have already had yours or have been invited to book in. It is, however, still uncertain how things will progress with the staged lifting of restrictions across the UK and the world. 21 June is the earliest ‘point of no return’ according to BoJo, but this of course is dependent on how the earlier phases go. We could be able to take a trip to the cinema again from 17 May, if all goes well.

But what if that doesn’t happen? There are some great films planned for release in 2021 and many of us would love to share those moments with our family and friends. To name but a few:

I'd give Dom and the team 10 stars if I could..... I was lucky enough to know him before working with DPP and have had the pleasure of experiencing some of their bigger installs as a guest but finally decided I wanted one of my own. And my god, has this media wall blown mine and my family's expectations (and eardrums). I've a background in DJing large clubs and festivals so know a good sound system and understand the setup involved so it's nice to see that even on one of their smaller installs there are no cut corners or compromises. Trust the process, let them advise on the technical and if you want to come experience a media wall in Kent that'll blow your mind then come check ours out!

We couldn't recommend them more highly. DPP have installed lighting, and carried out electrical inspections at Westbourne Grove Church and VenueSpace for many years now. The electrical installation here is very complex but has never proved too difficult for Dominic to master. Their work is timely, they clean up well, they understand the safety constraints necessary for working in a public building and they are always friendly and great to work with. You won't find better.
